SITUATION:
My friend had his Linked Team Mobile Brigada inside a building (3 inside looking out the window, and 2 outside covering the alleyway). I had my Oniwaban
move from the back of the building and move into CC with two of the Brigada. 
The two Brigada outside had no LOS. The Brigada inside had no LOS. After the successful CC the untouched Brigada had LOS when his two teammates died and were removed from the board.
QUESTION:
As so far as I can tell the Brigada never had LOS until after the resolution of the orders, would the last remaining Brigada get an ARO during that action?
Obviously come any following action the Brigada that watched his teammates fall would get an ARO come the next activation of the Oniwaban.
This is not the first time that a fallen TAG covering a doorway is blocking LOS but when it dies, it no longer does so. I understand that unconscious models are still on the board with a marker (I also think they are also prone).
