You can't have a Link Team made of different units, unless the rules explicitely say otherwise.

So, Reverend Healer can be a part of Moira or Custodier Link, if I recall the Bakunin AVA / Link table correctly.
Kusanagi can be a part of Moira Link.
A Moira (including Kusanagi) can not be a part of a Custodier Link.

@ 2 - I'm not a Bakunin player, but one of my regular opponents is. There are three memorable options there:
1. Moderator Link. Cheap (good for Order generation), but they do not shoot too well. Still, with a Spitfire at a right range band, or Multi Sniper Rifle from far away (outranging your opponents) they can be pretty effective. Their Hacker is not stellar, but is cheap (important, if you intend to use the hacker primarily to fullfill the "Hacker required" condition for fielding REMs - and as Supportware programs work automatically, it doesn't matter who runs them).
2. Riot Grrl Link. Fast, inexpensive (for a HI) and resilient, they pack quite a punch. Especialyl up close (i.e. within optimum range for their Spitfire). Blitzens are very effective TAG-stoppers.
3. Moira Link. Actually, their main advantage is the ODD (-6 to hit hurts! Untill your opponent brings out an MSV L2 or a Direct Template weapon), though they carry quite a choice of weapons. But I'm not 100% sold on Medium Infantry...

@ 3 Sin Eaters are nasty - kinda Total Reaction REMs, but with mimetism, better eye and way more resilience. However, they can be dealt with - preferably from behind (by Airbone Deployed troops, Infiltrators and / or Camouflaged troops). Luckily for me, they are pretty expensive.
Do not underestimate the Mk12 variant - it may lack range and Burst, but it hits hard, and doesn't burden your SWC count.

Prowlers are good, but somehow I don't see them on table very often - Zeros are cheaper and more mobile.

@ 4 - defintiely Zonds. You can playtest Morlocks using any S2 models as proxies for the time being. That would be pretty difficult with REMs.
Morlocks are good, however, as troublemakers. And smoke is always nice to have!

Prowler is a poor man's Intruder, losing the MSV2 for Infiltration. :) intruders are some of the most feared nomad units, so I can't imagine how the Prowler looks 'expensive and situational', especially since Nomads can drop a lot of mid-field units on the field

Well, somehow I wouldn't compare Prowlers to Intruders.

Intruders are better shots and better armored. They are also slightly more expensive, but MSV L2 makes that understeandable. Then, there are more Intruder profiles (indeed, some are similar to Prowler profiles).

What I would compare Prowlers to, however, are Zeros. Because they are both available in the sectorial in question here.

Prowlers are better shots, better WIP and better Armored. Shock immunity, I'm afraid, is of little consequence on a forward-deployed troop - there's a limited chance a Doc / Zondbot will be close enough to revive them.
They are also way more expensive.

Prowlers have 3 profiles - ADHL+ light Flamethrower + Combi, Spitfire and Boarding shotgun + Grenades. Spitfire is very nice here, as you are going to use it at preferred range. Boarding shotgun will be good too, for jumping enemies up close (especially groups of them). ADHL is a viable weapon against heavy targets - this profile is a virtual toolbox! the other two profiles pack D-Charges, that are useful for making doors where there aren't any.

Zeros, on the other hand, have the advantage of speed (being Skirmishers and not MI) - and cost. They're slightly more than half the price of a Prowler.

Their profiles carry Mines (save for the E-Mauler profile), and Combi Rifles (save for Boarding shotgun and MSR profiles). There are specialists available - Assault Hacker (and from my al'Hawwa experience I must say Infiltrating Camo Assault hacker with a decent WIP is a very good thing to have!), Forward Observer, Minelayer (for the early-game area denial) and Deployable Repeater carrier.

So, Zeros lack the raw power (both firepower and staying power) Prowlers have, but in turn they bring a choice of specialized tools for much less cost.

The specialist option on Zeros is key in most games - and it's why I rarely take a Prowler. Just too hard to fit him in points wise, and I usually need the specialist more than the extra bit of killing power.

The Healer can link with Moiras, as people have said, and my experience is that she's a fantastic add to their link team. Being able to recover members of the team adds quite a bit. Note, however, that the Healer only has Mimetism, not ODD, so she'll be a prime target for opponents. Keep her safe.

I played in a tournament a few weeks ago, and found all day that my Sin-Eaters were devastating. It's not just the killing, but the presence and the board control they provide is fantastic. I'm not sure I'd ever build a Bakunin list without one, and I try to fit two in whenever possible.
