I'm pretty hyped; I'll be even more hyped if Sniper Rifles get SWC cut down or HMGs get nerfed somewhat.

IJW has released some tidbits of information about N3. It's seems that sniper rifles have a longer +3 range band..
0 - 8 / -3
8 - 16 / 0
16 - 48 / +3
48 - 96 / -3
They'll also get cheaper.

There has been no talk about HMG though...

Goodness, I NEED that Mobile Brigada.

And of course the Spektr in the foreground has a sniper rifle. I just got the old model, so... bring out the new one! *facepalm*

The female in the picture, is she one of the two existing reverends, or a different Nomad unit?

She's been mentioned as a Reverend Healer.. we've got no intel yet about the profile of this model and if it is a new or a variant on a existing one.

Whoop! Another new piece of art from OIS. Nomads about to tear up some boys in blue...

• The Reverend healer looks a sweet model
• The Mobile Brigada is indeed fantastic
• The Spektr is in new Tunguska colors - so expect Angel to re-paint studio models
• Better look at the new unit - Grenzer? - He too is the dogs danglies.
• Aggie - green hair, nod to the old scheme - nice!

Ha! :D No, they should use this guy, his art style is perfect for an Infinity graphic novel.

I think like many, I just really crave more of the universe and would love to see books and graphic novels expand that. I know it comes down to resources and money, but they have this superb universe that we just see the surface of in the rule book and such. I've lost track of how many novels and characters have drawn me to certain factions and what not (in other games...)

We did get the art book which was fantastic, and I think a short-ish graphic novel with a limited edition mini of the main character would fly off the shelves.I hope as CB expands and grows that it is something that is on their radar.

I think the link didn't work :( I'm curious to see which guy you refer to!
I agree with you about the universe. It's big, and full. There is a lot of politics involved and it would really make me happy to see more of it fleshed out in graphic novels. I personally wouldn't recommend books as Infinity is based in graphic traditions like anime and manga.

I wouldn't sneeze at an Infinity novel if it were well written, but I agree that a graphic novel would be better.

I was under the impression that some sort of graphic novel involving a rogue asuras was in the works. Can't search the official forums to find the link though...

Nice cover art. I bet the minis are even better looking than that.

Take a look at that game mat on the table. I'm guessing that's not a coincidence.

Oooh... good get...

As much as I love "real" terrain, I would be very excited for more game mats for Infinity. Especially for ship/building interiors. Bug Hunt corridors and the like are awesome, but quite expensive and take up a lot of space. I'd love to get more boarding actions on! It would give me an excuse to play with Zero-G zones (hint: I play Corregidor).

What miniature? Let's pay attention to the clues in the images:
Image
Image
Level 7 Cluedo Powerful Minicrossbow... wrong weapon.
Image
Image
Image
A female body guard, legs apart, with a briefcase which hides a weapon, some kind of SMG.

BTW, the box is a "two player introductory battle pack". What a mouthful.
