This is a card version of the Vietnam-era M113. It is available singly or as a triple pack.

I posted in one of the other threads but figured it's more "official" here. :)
I'd like to see a utility version of the APC, basically a truck with a flat bed (still treads though) that could carry a couple of those wooden crates.

@Valthonis... this is under strong consideration. The current kit can be built "open topped" (pics to follow soon) but a flatbed version I think is an excellent idea.

In the meantime here are some shots of the one I painted up last night.

Wow. With the paint job you really can't tell it's made from card. And you say the not-Chaos Quad Gun can be made to sit on top? I'll have test fit with some spare Tau guns and missile pods I have lying around once I get mine.

Thanks mate

I'll take some photos this weekend with the chaos quad gun on top of the next one I build. You have to leave the periscopes off though to make it fit.

The current design of the gun makes it look a little top heavy but 90% of the gun are the autocannons so redesigning the turret will be quick quick.

And note... it *is* a CHAOS quad gun. No-one owns the word "Chaos"

The kit allows you to build the tank as above or as an open topped version which looks like this

Image

You can see that there is some limited interior detailing (the benches are there and the engine compartment is ... er ... compartmentalized).

I've got the package and have started assembling them. It's a bit fiddly lining up card but the online instructions help a lot and the process becomes quite intuitive. Various assembly symbols burned into the components help with lining up and ordering. A big bonus is that, unlike my previous GW plastic vehicles, these don't sag, have huge mould line or misshapen components and they fit together with pleasing Tamiya-like precision.

That's very nice to hear. I feared "Tamiya-like precision" was a thing of the past. How do the models scale to Infinity figures?

I haven't fully assembled it but there appear to be no issues. It's about on par with a GW Rhino.
