I believe they are a custom built table. Not a for sale item, though you could contact Systema and double check with them. Also, in the future, this would be better placed in the Terrain section of the forums.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure those were prototype pieces made by Systema.

Of course, I'm sure sending them an email with an inquiry might yield you some results.
