Today it is time for our lottery-premiere!

What are the prizes?
1. Prize:
1x Batton Corp. Colony Set from Laughing Jack (so actually us)
1x Box Eco Kuripots (4 pieces) from our partners Antenociti's Workshop

2. Prize:
1x Sickbay "Public Medbay" from Laughing Jack
1x Security Station "Public Police Office" also from us
1x Imbiss "Space Burgers" and again from us
1x Hesco Barriers from our partners Secret Weapon Miniatures

3. Prize:
1x Imbiss "Lucky Dragon" and what should I say, from us
2x Storage Unit small, also from us
1x Tech Crates #1 (6 pieces) from our partners Micro Art Studio

What do you have to do, to be part of the lottery?
1. You have to like our Facebook page.
2. You have to share this post public (we can't see if you have only shared it with your friends).
3. Your location has to be in the EU for free shipping of your price, if your location is outside the EU you have to pay the customs dues by yourself. (This is not a requirement but an information that you have to fulfill to hold your prize in hands)
4. You can participate until wednesday the 24th of June 12:00 p.m. CET (totally forgotten to mention that)

How will we find the winners?
All participants, that fulfill the requirements mentioned above, will take part and their Facebook-names will be put in our "bowl of luck" as lottery ticket. Then we will mix it and draw the first winner, then mix again draw the second winner and for a last time draw the third winner.
-> It is not subject to legal recourse.

I think you mean "Prize" and not "Price". One is a reward while the other is a cost, respectively.

You probably also mean "Shipping" instead of "Shopping". One is a delivery, the other is potentially expensive, respectively.

I've liked and shared but I'm a little curious about the wording around shipping.

If your an EU resident it makes perfect sense.

However outside of the EU you want any possible winner just to pay the EU VAT Tax is that correct?

So if I for example an Australian Citizen/Resident won any of those prizes YOU the business Laughing Jack would pay the cost of shipping however I the winner of the prize would need to pay the cost of any Tax incurred correct?

Not that is of any real serious issue as your prizes are all very generous but I just want to confirm your intent.

Cheers,

Hi VisOne,

yes winners from outside the EU only have to pay the taxes. It sounds a bit strange as we have to say this so directly for legal reasons and as we have negative experiences with customers who refuse to pay taxes, so their package was stucking at the customs services and it all ended with a lot of costs for us to get our products back.

So, yes we will pay the shipping to Australia if you win one of the prizes ;-)

Today our lottery ended (at 12:00 CET) and we've already drawed the winners of our lottery:

The First-Prize goes to:
John Cook (we think it is Rockhampton Australia)

The Second-Prize goes to:
Sebastian Lilge (we don't know from where, the FB-profil doesn't give us informations)

And the Third-Prize goes to:
Oren Dotan (Herzliya Israel)

Maybe one of the winners is also on Data-Sphere (for the german O-12 infinity forum this answer was much easier) ;-)

We thank all participants and wish you more luck for the next time we held a lottery.
