Heres a pretty shitty pic, but shows the whole family so far...

I really need to make a display board specific for these Nomads...

I think your bases are one of the best parts. A good amount of detail, not too much, and a colour scheme that fits well with your army.

Wish I could get mine as good..

@ork56, I plan on doing a step-by-step tutorial with photos on my bases. They are honestly very simple. Flyscreen mesh glued down, then plastic from the blisters glued on top of that leaving some of the flyscreen showing. I got a small holepunch i use to get the little rivets on the flooring.

Painting is serious simple. A very dark grey is sprayed on the flyscreen mesh, wish a lighter spray of the dark grey a little randomly on the floor plates. Then i just spray the whole thing in white, building up the layers of white towards the centre of the floor plates. Then tape off a section and spray on the yellow lines.

Use a sponge to dab on some dark brown paint randomly on the floor plates. Apply a black wash to the fly screen area, and thin out some dark brown wash to dab on in a few spots. Once dry, get a couple of darker pigment colour, and use your finger to rub in small amounts here and there. Seal with varnish, and they are done.

I got some more painting done, and finished my Lunokhod.

I don't know what scares me more: the quality of your painting, or the quantity! XD

You've got me reconsidering the ratios of black, white, and orange I'm planning on using for my Bakunin force.

Cheers,
Woo.

Hey, I'm re-painting my entire Tunguska models with your (awesome) color scheme and your (easy, even for me) technique, so I thought I should show you my first day's outcome:

This colour scheme is amazing. Congratulations on the nice painting to do it justice. I still struggle with getting away from the studio colour schemes in Infinity. What was your inspiration?
