Fixed that for you. :P

Yeah, those chain colts look pretty silly. If they're a separate piece I'll leave them off.

Geckos and Tarik are my definite, bolts maybe.

I'm going to try to bend/install (whichever it actually is, hopefully bend) those frill spikes pointing down.

But but but... how are you going to fix huge head and the lack of boobs and butt? :3:

She is bigger than the guy kneeling too. :aaa: HI vs LI, even with Symbiont off, she has better PHY. This call for a total remodelling. :v:
If not worth saving, is it worth rewriting? What is more, was it worth writing?

Might as well just sculpt tits onto the male sculpt because that is shit.

Easily the worst recent release for scale and representation of a special character.

In the watercolor, yes. Doesn't look so stupidly bulky in this picture:

She's a badass alien in a suit of power armour. She can look however CB wants! But I way prefer the Amazon warrior look.

Negative ghost rider she must look exactly as I pictured her cause its my hobby and I'll cry if I want to cry if I want too. Wait wait I mean ... I'm paying good money and I demand something something needy neck beardy nerd rage something rant goes and crys in corner.

Shes just not quite to the standard of the existing Ectros thats all. In fact it reminds me of an older sculpt when compared to the other Ectros maybe even a bit like the old Ko-dali (Yu Jing) when compared to the new Ko-dali (Combined Army).

You nailed it on the head there. Granted, I've seen pics from other angles where she doesn't look like an artichoke bobblehead but I feel CB should have gone with the Paradiso picture vibe.

I actually think the artwork looks much better than the mini. With the Tohaa being an alien race I see no problem with that design whatsoever. I do not see whatis wrong with her being "buff", as in my opinion there is no need to sexualize an alien warrior in order to make her appear "more female".

Yeah, I'm copying this post all over the place...

Several big boxes of Geckos arrived this morning. :)

Alguacile included for scale purposes.

The ones that haven't been pre-ordered are up on the webstore: http://store.wargamingtrader.com/infini ... ecko-squad

Looks like my conversion idea for removing the Combi Rifles and putting both Chain-Colts on that model's forearms should work - as expected, the Chain Colts are a separate piece for casting purposes, I'll just have to file down the right forearm to get the Chain Colt on there instead.

I think this is the first TAG from Corvus Belli with a hollow torso which helps reduce the weight and presumably the cost. I've not dry-fitted the pilot arms but the rest of the pieces fit very snugly, even the three-part fit for the Mk 12 arms joins up pretty well.
