I had a difficult situation, tag activated in mine opponent turn, i used hacker Overlord program and few templates, managed to get TAG both unconscious and possessed.
Can a Manned Tag in this situation dismount from TAG? Does Unconscious cancel Possessed?

No, unconscious does NOT cancel Possessed.
p182 rulebook. Possessed state. ONLY a command token cancels the state. Unconscious would prevent the TAG from receiving orders (like dismount) though.
Edit: Wasn't aware the wiki was working. Manned Tags have a caveat :
This Special Skill allows the user to receive Orders from its Order Pool despite being Unconscious. These Orders can only be used to Dismount the Pilot (see General Movement rules, Move), and use the Pilot's Troop Profile.
