BTW, deaths on the roads have gone down a lot up to past year or two, then went stable. Better medical assistance? But not anymore? Better cars? Then cars getting older? Better roads and lots of new highways avoiding curves and hills or even mountains? Then tarmac full of holes due to lack of maintenance? Improved behaviour because "it's the right thing"? Not able to pay so much petrol? Fear of heli-based radars?
