I'm not sure what these do and if they are new or old:

Spearhead; No idea
E. Reaction B2; Can't make it out
Marksmanship L2; We know what Marksmanship L2 does, but why is there a token for it? It's just part of the unit.
Sup. Fairy Dust; No idea
Lieutenant; Again, we know what this represents, but why is there a token for it? Unless this is specific for the Lieutenant Order.
Supportware; Not very clear (dd: REM boosted by friendly Hacker)
Transmuted; Required for Sygmaa?
Destroyed; Same as "Unconscious" or "Dead" for troops with STR points instead of W?
Damaged; Same as "Wound" marker or "Unconscious" for troops with STR points instead of W?
Isolated; This is a new one that we know will come in to play with Hacking
Targeted; Is this the same as "Forward Observed"?
Tinbot; No idea

I assume that Lt is the specific Lt order (as there is one in the Op Ice storm box)
destroyed/damaged...sounds about right
supportware is probably that REM upgrade hacking protocol
targeted sounds about right as well

E. Reaction may be used to mark remotes enhanced by a hacker to get Burst +1 in the reactive turn.

I'm quite sure about those "unknown" markers being used for the new hacking protocols. We already know that the revealed table only shows a part of the options.
