Need help making a 300pt list out of the following models

Recently I have bought or been given a stack load of CA models and since I am very new to Infinity I was wondering if I could get some thoughtful advice on how to go about getting a half decent 300 point list out of the following:

Cadmus-Naish Sheskiin - Nanopulser, DA CCW

Ko Dali
Shasvastii Gwailos - Multi Rifle x2
Aswangs - Boarding Shotgun
Malignos - Sniper
Vector Operators - HMG
Maligno - Hacker
Ikadron Batroid and Imetron
Med-Tech Obsidon Medchanoid

Models I purchased:
Morat Box Set (New)
Anathematic (Got it because I loved the look of this model)
Daturazi Box Set (New)
Raicho

I have played a few games with Pano (Military Orders) and although I love the thought of playing Knights and their different orders I just can't help playing the bad guys in this game.

One of the main reasons I went with CA is the look of some of their models (just brilliant, Anathematic for one, Raicho TAG etc.) and the fact that everyone where I'm from plays every other faction except CA and I keen to show them how good CA can be.

Oh by the way when I say I played several games, I've only played two games, one against Tohaa and the other against Aleph. So I'm still a very green newbie.

The list should feel very CA with Skiavoro, Ko Dali, Speculo and Dats.
The Skiavoros is one of the best Lts in the game: G:Mnemonica, Plasma, NWI, Mimetism, Strategos2 - You'll most probably never be in LoL, ever.
I love using the Dats as the backbone of my army, as they bring smoke which could help a lot at covering your move is used wisely (especially when your opponent brings MSVs) - and in combination with a Sepsitor, they can totally wreck havoc. Doubly so, when you not only give the Dats a ChainRifle but a weapon to kill stuff without having to exchange the Dat for an unopposed ARO.
The double flamer on the Ikadron saved my ass more than once and is great to secure your DZ (deployment zone).
When it comes to the Noctifier, the ML often is my weapon of choice for a ARO during the last 2 or 3 orders of the opponent's turn. And for securing the DZ, he brings an Assault Pistol which is an awesome close range weapon.
Speculo isn't easy to use, but most players fear & loathe it - rightly so, when used by a capable player. Just don't forget about the Combi Rifle and the smoke the Speculo brings and only try to use them MonoCCW on models worth the risk (high ARM, multiWound).
And Ko Dali doesn't have to be explained. Able to get rid of a whole pack of cheerleaders in a single turn and all the while getting up to W3... so awesome.

In general I'd recommend to just try to play each model you own at least once or twice. As there aren't a lot of no-brainer units in Infinity and no useless models, you might be surprised how much fun (and success) you can have with models you at first thought to be meh.
Just don't use the Avatar too often - the thing is a real monster.

Use the spitfire Noctifier as proxy for a Noctifier hacker.
If you want less specialists, switch out Malignos hacker & Aswang for the nasty Ko Dali & Speculo Killer combo.
Or you can proxy the Malignos hacker as a forward observer instead.

But if you're new, I suggest playing at the 150 or 200 point scales first. With less advanced and fewer models. This to get a better grasp of game mechanics and basic rules.
Not knowing and learning the rules properly will severely hamper your game and enjoyment of it. Trust me!

Try to play with an easy list with not that many special rules in the beginning (game changing rules anyways)

Then as you get more and more familiar with the rules and flow of the game, add/swap in more advanced models.
Just have your opponent have the same mindset, have him bring a simple list also.
The better you know the rules the more fun the game will be
Less rules = more games.(Until you get the hang of it and know rules by heart)

Our local Warcor rep - Coleslaw, has had good results with recruitment using this approach.

Thanks for your replies and advice, very much appreciated. I will take all your advice and start off with the lower points army and work my way up getting used to the rules as I go along.

I have been told the Avatar is a real monster so I'll most likely only drag him out for the games where my opponent brings out a tag.
