Oh my, that profile is love. Finally an easy to use vanilla LT option for 0SWC and a heavy weapon LT option.

Cheap enough to include a couple in every list to hide a lieutenant while still being able to grab a boatload of firepower. This little sucker is a game changer.

I'm curious how so much awesomeness will be balanced or mirrored in other armies 
I home multirifles are getting a buff because 10 points to upgrade your combi to a multi is nuts!

The stats in Army 4 are for N2.
The N3 price is only 4 points (Zu Yong combi is 27pts, multi is 31), so it looks like we still get stuck with AP and/or DA ammo types, but at much reduced cost for the AP ammo.

Well, to be fair, we have no clue what changes have been made to the MUTLI rifle outside of getting N3's standard rifle ranges.
No one asked about them at all during the last conference and nothing was divulged about them. So we are still in the dark, and the big price drop doesn't mean they called it a day and didn't change any rules.

Oh, we asked about the multi-rifles. I, personally, never got a definitive response.
I'd wager not much is likely to change about them besides the cost decrease.

And honestly, a simple cost decrease because AP ammo isn't all that great is an adequate change.
Besides, loading a multirifle with stun ammo in place of the AP seems like a worthwhile option most of the time.
