Are the v3 quickstart rules available for download?

I heard somebody discussing them, but my google-fu is not strong. Are they out there on the interwebs, or just hardcopy?

There are no "quickstart rules for N3" as such (yet, I guess).
There's a simplified ruleset / introductory campaign being the Operation: Icestorm booklet. A really clever way to introduce new players into the Infinity, in my opinion, and damn well written.
However, I know nothing about it being available for download - and with CB's policy, I doubt it will be made officially available for download ever. If you want to get it, either buy an Icestorm set yourself (totally worth it, if you're a beginner - and not a bad deal for an advanced player, if you have use for the minis), or get the booklet only from someone who bought it.
Or ask someone who does split box deals for the booklet, I guess it is much less sought after than the new minis (and Icestorm-only minis!). That's how I got mine (from ChoKonnit).

Wouldn't the QSR get release alongside standerd rules PDF?
I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but shouldn't we just take the warning labels off everything and let the problem deal with itself?

Agreed - I bought it as soon as it was released. But, to help get more players involved, I was hoping for a v3 quickstart pdf like they did with v1 and v2.

I have german QSR for N3. The small booklets have been lying around in the FLGS for several weeks now.
Well, the offical QSR on the CB's website is still the 2ed version

The german QSR are a reduced version of the O:I rules. The booklet looks nice, but is smaller than the N2 QSR were.
Only Warcors and retailers have access to the N3 QSR afaik. But that will soon change ^^

Just bear in mind that this is effectively mission one from Icestorm, so it's much less meaty than the N2 QSR booklet, it's about half the thickness.

I know there's a .pdf of the O:I rulebook floating around there somewhere. However, as mentioned, the N3 QSR should be out shortly.
