New Historical Characters I'd wana see.

So ALEPH is known for reproducing historical folks to help lead the Inner Sphere - here are some historical characters I'd liek to see.

Faction (Sectoral) - Name

~Pan-O (Svalarheima) - Simo Häyhä
The worlds most succesful living sniper - look him up and be amazed. I think he would fit really well in the faction and the Svalarheima sectoral. Like some jacked up Super Nisses

~Yu-Jing(JSA) - Oda Nobunaga
The first of the three great Unifiers and the first battlefield commander to effectivly use ancient rifles in mass combat. He died and his two closest allies carried on his work and started the Tokugawa era.

~Ariadna(USAriadna) - John Wilks Booth
Covert agent desirgned to subvert and kill Ariadna Leadership, switches sides (without a head wound - unlike Mr Wallace), historically know for assassinating Lincon

~Nomads(Tunguska) - Rasputin
Russian madman and advisor to the Tzars - unkillable and mad, a great idea for the Nomads to generate as a counter to ALPEHS creations

~Haq(?) Khalid ibn al-Walid
Would be great for the Kum sectoral - known for his flanking tactics and being undefeated

What do you folks think would be great additions to Sallidin, Joan, Wallice, Mushashi, Suz Tzu, Avicenna, etc... ?

I'd like to see Nomads getting more historical characters because right now they don't have a lot. Something like a character version of a Jaguar:

Only real problem with Nomads getting historical recreations is that the Nomads are entirely opposed to ALEPH, who makes the recreations.

Pontiac One weird story would be that Aleph would put the personality of this great native american general into an antipode Lhost in order to punish Ariadna for not being subservient enough. That would require an antipode sectorial, though.

Willhelm Tell as the ultimate sniper for PanO.

Odysseus. The coolest ancient greek hero is missing in Aleph. He should get some rad strategical powers to show his cunning plans. Trojan horses are a known hacking tool, so maybe he should be equipped with a hacking device.

Jackie Chan as the ultimate action hero for the imperial service.

Mata Hari as an PanO or Nomad impersonator.

Tecun Uman I would buy the model immediately, but I don t know which faction he would fight for. However, he should have inspiring leadership, some badass CCW and a flying drone bot resembling a quetzal bird.

Odysseus. The coolest ancient greek hero is missing in Aleph. He should get some rad strategical powers to show his cunning plans. Trojan horses are a known hacking tool, so maybe he should be equipped with a hacking device.

Sadly, Odysseus is mentioned in Campaign Paradiso as one of the Myrmidon Officers that was permanently KIA by the Combined Army. (p138)

Instead of Recreations, I'd really like to see more real heroes for the various factions.

I like both the recreations and the new heroes. The historical characters add a bit of fun and flavour to the game and the factions. Here are some more that I can think of:

Ernesto "Che" Guevara could be an inspiring leader for the Nomads. Model should come with a cigar.

Shaka Zulu. I admit this is a bit of a controversial figure, but we are not talking about the real historical king. Should he be PanO?

Lord Byron Definitely PanO and fighting against Haq, I guess.

Lawrence of Arabia A PanO who can also fight for Haq?

Well the Nomads have enough Tech to break out Avicenna from Aleph's grasp - why not reverse engineer a Lhost who goes all ‘child of Malkav’.

Instead of Recreations, I'd really like to see more real heroes for the various factions.

Dire Foes was a good showing for plenty of new characters in the setting. I'd like a bit more fiction as well on some of the characters that have been out for longer. Zoe, Mirage 5, Lucien, Scarface and Cordilia are all favorites of mine - gimmy more CB!

A few mates have sugested, Charlemagne, Ned Kelly, Ayn Rand (for them dirty Nomads), Epicurus, Karl Gustav, Alonso Pérez de Guzmán - history is littered with plenty of fancy folks for ALPEH to use.

Gustavus Adolphus? (Jeez, his names sound weird in english) Could well lead PanO forces in Svalarhelma.

Though I agree that seeing more fluff of existing characters could be nice too. Joan of Arc, for example, has two lines of dialogue currently, I believe. And it's about how she has a headache.
