Knights of Dice - Terrain Out of AUS Blowing Minds!

Well its hard to beat Craig over at CnC Workshop when it comes to just plain old amazing things made with MDF/HDF/card and what not but hey it can be done and more to the point IS being done at Knights of Dice!

They dropped a little sneak preview video a while ago.

And now they are in the store,

The HVT-20 TUK TUK

Plus the LITTLE RAMEN VFD-80

All apart of the Neo Sentry line of terrain. Which I think you will agree has a very nice blade runner or even fifth element feel about it.

Oh, damn! Do. WANT!

Going to have to get that Yokai building to use as a better-themed Objective building for missions. The problem is that there's so much cool stuff that shipping it all will be brutal. Belay that, free shipping for orders over $400.

Shouldn't be too hard to hit that, with buying one of every building and adding at least one extra floor.

Totally not directed at you Section 9 I know you pull the trigger on purchases but the age old "shipping is too expensive do something to make it cheaper" whinge gets me. I've purchased so much from over seas and I wear shipping like everyone else its just about shopping smart. Bulk buying with friends/community or being vigilant for sales and tiered discounts that off set shipping or free shipping periods.

All the Zen Terrain that is coming out to Australia is an example of how well tierd discounts work. The Warsen.al piece we have? Same thing they are grossly expensive to begin with when your starting with a currency that isn't even close to similar $ for $ so people buy up big during their gazetted free shipping periods.

Anyway end rant. :P

I still routinely show off your vehicles when ever someone says what can I use on my table for vehicles BTW.

I know its not just the teams down here pushing the boundaries of what you can do with the MDF/HDF and card.

Part of the problem is that Americans are spoiled rotten for shipping costs. Oh, there's this cool terrain maker 5000km away? No problem, USPS flatrate shipping is $6.95USD.

I just need to save up $400 for getting some terrain (won't be hard, a trio of those gorgeous apartment blocks will get me halfway there!). Once I have a good chunk saved up, I need to make sure I avoid dropping more like $800 or $1000 in that store... So much awesome terrain!

They would literally DIE if they lived in Australia or Canada or even the UK its insane to have a single postal service. Its a completely monopolized market and you just wear the costs, failures and down right fuck ups every time. Plus it gets better we see regular arbitrary price increases and wait for it wait of it the CEO of Australia Post last year was paid $5.6 million AUD of course that places the CEO of Australia Post as effectively our highest paid public servant. This dude earns more than our Prime Minister well is paid more for his job at least. -_-
