Luckily not much for me this month. Squalo can wait. But those Rasails are superb, I wonder when we'll start seeing some Tohaa sectorial divide.

Same here. I'll probably get the new Squalo - but that's only because I don't have the old one.
The new Sogarat is also really cool.
HacTao is quite boring (though just top-notch quality) and thus a little disappointment.

I think the Hac Tao looks great. He is a bit static, but also menacing, especially when you think of it as TO Camo HI. Brrrrrrrr!

Rasail team is also awesome. Love the booty on the girl Tohaa! ^^ Glad to see CB finally put some hips on more models!

Squalo.. I don't really get the hate. I think it's an awesome addition to the NeoTerran army, and it looks like a good standard TAG. Nothing special, and I like his shoulder mounted HGL. I would have preferred a less active stance though.. more like the art in the O:I booklet; on guard, menacing.

I quite like my OLD squalo - but ironically, mine has a similar pose (took the off-hand OFF the gun).

About the only things I like this month are the hac-tao and the soggy rat. The rest I'll pass on. I don't play vanilla YJ or ISS, or Combine so it's a going to be a cheap January for me.

I will get around to grabbing Yojimbo, though when I get back from my holidays.

I dont know/care what the rasail boarding team does (that can resolve itself later) i MUST get these models!

While I agree that the pose is rather boring, you certainly can't fault the detailed sculpting, which is quite nice.

As I said: for CB's standard - aka just top notch work.

Hac Tao and Soggy are firmly in the camp of "I have the old one, I like the old HMG better, meh".
Squalo looks good, dramatic update over the old sculpt, not sure about the HGL cover though, that thing's gonna fall off if you even think of it wrong.
The Rasails are 5/5, I love everything about them, the badass male that can proxy as Hatail, the female that looks great but not sexualized the Chaksas cloning their controllers' poses. There are 2 things stopping me from buying them to paint, namely the box price and my huge backlog.
The Specnaz looks awesome and I'm not sure if the above excuses will hold water in this case
Penny's been talked about to death during the original release, so no comment. Proxying a motorcycle ABH might be a good excuse for some people to get her, though.

Cover can probably be converted from rotate to slide (back or forward). Or rotate fully so it lays flat (again back or forward). Or even rotate to one side, but same idea, to make it touch the side. And all that in case you just don't leave it out.

You know, I really think the pose was better on the original Squalo. (Read as, I'm going to have to convert the new one, when I get it)

I am not totally thrilled with either YJ HMG, guess I should get either the Zuyong or Hac Tao and compare. But that's not going to happen for a while.

Love the look of the Hac Tao. It's nice to have a model martching down the battlefield at low ready. Spices up the poses we have. Will get one eventually once the next Campaign book hits as I still have my JSA to paint.

Those thighs though.
The Rasail are everything I love so much about the Tohaa: Symbiont Armour, their weird tech, and their adorable servants.

And of course bootleg Penny is going to save me having to rebase my (sloppily) converted Penny.

Haven't liked any of the models up until now those ones are just great though.

Never been a fan of Tohaa, if it isn't pretty I don't want it, now if the whole faction looked like that, I'd be more interested.
I just wish the JSA starter would get the overhaul treatment, I need it, but it's kinda ugly.
