[Summer Releases] Q&A about pre-orders

It seems that there is a lot of confusing information about the summer releases and its pre-orders, so, let's clarify this:
 
 
OPERATION:ICESTORM
 

 
Price: 89,95 €
 
¿Operation:Icestorm? Sounds great! ¿What's in the box?: 7 miniatures for PanOceania, 7 miniatures for Nomads, introductory rulebook, dice, ruler, markers, templates, scenery and gaming mat.
 
But, ¿there is no extra figure? I've seen a silhouette in a photo of Bostria at BoW Yeah, the famous "silhouette with briefcase" It's the CSU miniature, EXCLUSIVE FOR PREORDERS.

This CSU miniature is ONLY FOR PRE-ORDERS!

 
¿Does it mean that if I don't do the pre-order I'll never get this CSU miniature?: Exact.
 
So, ¿When is the pre-order period? From July 28th to August 31st.
 
¿Where can I pre-order it?: You can pre-order at our online store or at your FLGS.
 
¿When we'll receive O:I?: Mid-September.
 
I don't have enough patience to wait. I want it now. If you're going to GenCon, you can purchase Operation:Icestorm at our booth (#1935)
 
After this pre-order time, ¿Operation:Icestorm will be a product in your catalogue? Yes, you will find O:I in your FLGS at late-September as another Infinity product, but remember, WITHOUT the CSU miniature.

¿Another Penthesilea?  This Penthesilea belongs to Bootleg range, it's very different than the original one.
 
I like it! ¿When will be available? You can pre-order from July 28th to August 31st at our online store. (You'll receive it at mid-September).
 
¿Can I preorder at my FLGS? No, you can't get at your FLGS... at least for now.
 
¿It means that Penthesilea will be a monthly release later? Yes! You'll find Penthesilea in stores in December.
 
¿There's no way to obtain it early without doing a pre-order at your online store? Yeah, you'll find Penthesilea at our booth (#1935) at GenCon.
 
 
 
 
NEOTERRA BOLT COSPLAY EDITION

¿What's that? ¿Another Bolt? ¿Are you serious? This is a Special Edition miniature to celebrate that the professional cosplayer Tabitha Lyons will be with us at GenCon, cosplayed as a Bolt. Come see us at our booth, get your Bolt Cosplay Edition and take a photo with Tabitha!
 
¿What's that bear-face roomba? It's a Drop Bear, one of the 3rd Edition new weapons!
 
¿Limited Edition? That sounds hard to obtain Yes, it's limited, but we're going to make it easy for you. 
 
¿Where? ¿When? You know, Pre-Order from July 28th to August 31st at our online store.
 
¿Can I pre-order at my FLGS? No, you can't.

So at exchange rates as of 7/15/2014, that puts the full package at:

Bolt 14,95 € + Icestorm 89,95 € + Penthisalea for free (normally 14,95 €) + Shipping 38,90 € = 143,80 € = $195.09 US.

Just confused at the choice and was asking them why they came to that decision as GenCon presence isn't required to acquire any of it.

Also, I'll explain to all of you how much are the shipping costs in our online store:

The maximum shipping fees you will pay to USA is 38,90€. For example:

-You order ONLY Operation:Icestorm: 21.15 €
-You order Op:Icestorm + Tournament Pack: 38.90 €
-You order GenCon Pack: 38.90€
-You order 5 GenCon Pack: 38.90 €
-You order GenCon Pack + Tournament Pack + Artbook + 2 Blisters + 3 patches + MAS terrain: 38.90 €

For European Union countries: Only O:I=11,90€ // Rest of combinations=18,50 €
European "Non-EU countries" (like Norway, Ukraine, Lithuania or Switzerland) + Rest of the world = same prices as USA.

Following your post the shipping should be 18.50€ instead. I really hope you made a mistake in the post and not in the shop, otherwise I could imagine quite some people are pissed that they have to pay some additional 7€
