WHat do you guys think about this list of Vanilla Ariadna for 20x20 missions.
Because this missions do not require as much specialists as ITS, I had only put minimum of them.
Here are two rosters, which I will test with my friends in near future:
Group 1 10/1
1. 112 (Doctor, Medikit) - Light Shotgun - 12
2. Brigadier Bruant (Inferior Infiltration, Limited Camo) - Molotok, d-charges. - 31, 1SWC
3. Isobel McGregor (Defensive Hacker Device) - Rifle, flash pulse, d-charges, e/mauler - 23, 0.5SWC
4. Dozer (Traktor Mull Control Device) - Engineer, rifle, d-charges - 14
5. Van Zant (Executive Order) - AP Rifle, Heavy Pistol - 39
6. Volunteer - Chain Rifle - 6
7. Grunt (Inferior Infiltration) - Heavy Flamethrower - 11, 0.5SWC
8. Grunt (Inferior Infiltration) - Heavy Flamethrower - 11, 0.5SWC
9. Maverick (Forward Observer) - Smoke LGL - 19, 0.5SWC
10. Traktor Mul (Total Reaction) - Uragan MRL - 18, 1SWC
Group 2 6/3/3
1. Foxtrot (FO) - 18
2. Chassuer (Minelayer) - 20, 0.5SWC
3. Volunteer - Chain Rifle - 6
4. Irmandinho - Engineer, Chain Rifle, Booty L1 - 8

299 Points, 4.5 SWC.
I will explain it a bit.
I am playing since last summer, mostly in Polish tournaments, or with friends.
As this format (20x20) is not heavy of specialist missions I decided to try new things when making my lists.
Then I really like galwegians, Dog team and VZ. This first list has 19 figures, and about 22 or 24 Orders. But,, second group is Impetous heavy, but also in 20x20 even such units can bring me closer to objective points. More over, I will play the missions with my friends, so this list is not to find any hardcore strategy, but to test some new (for me) profiles.
Bruant and two Grunts if their infiltration is succesful can be really close to the enemy. The downside is that Bruant may loose he Camo if fails to infiltrate. Then also, Bruant, Isobel, and Dozer have d-charges which are required in some missions. i could get rid of Dozer, but he lets me to take Uragan, which at close range can be destroy a lots of enemies, while Dozer deployed close can repair it. Mul is also baggage which gives me more points in some scenarios. Maverick is fast moving FO, which can also provide smoke cover, while she also have MSV-1. Volunteers are for cheap order providers and also cover back, and in case of 20x20 can even secure some objectives. Kazaks are als very efficient,, and one is SWC free LT option, and if there are two enemy will have to guess which one is the LT. Then even if I loose in my active LT Kazak I can always deploy VZ, who takes charge. Also, he can be deployed at the back of the enemy lines, or closer to objectives if needed. His Dogged gives him second life, and it can pay off.
Then I have Foxtrot in camo, and Chasseur who provides two camo markers. If Bruant manages to infiltrate, then I have four camo markers really close to enemy and/or objectives (one of them being a mine), while both Foxtrot and Chasseur can also their other mines.
Irmandinho is another impetous order, but for 8 points he is enginner, booty, scavenger and has chain rifle. He can be quite useful, and also can deploy d-charges or detonate them. Then I have galwegian, who provides more smoke cover, and can get quickly to enemy lines if needed. And the big boys Dog Team, since they came out in USARF I always put them to my roster, I am so in love with their design, and posses Sensor which can uncover Camos, and TOcamos. Also, very fast, and order attracting models, and usually their deployment scares my enemys enough.
It was the first one, it has many pros, but also some flaws, the biggest being if I deploy badly to stop most of those impetous, but if enemy is not careful this list then wreck a havock in their lines. If you find othe flaws, please let me know.
The second list:
Group 1 10
1. Airborne Ranger - Molotok - 32, 1.5SWC
2. Van Zant (Executive Order) - AP Rifle - 39
3. Brigadier Bruant (Inferior Infiltration) - Molotok - 31, 1SWC
4. Line Kazak - Rifle - 9
5. Uxia McNeill (Covert action) - Specialist Troops, - 27
6. Line Kazak (FO) - Rifle - 10
7. Marauder - Molotok - 28, 1.5SWC
8. Volunteer - Chain Rifle - 6
9. Grunt (Inferior Infiltration) - Heavy FT - 11, 0.5SWC
10. William Wallace - Combi Rifle - 35
Group 2 5/4/4
1. Line Kazak LT - Rifle - 9
2. Line Kazak - Rifle - 9
3. Highlander - Chain Rifle - 6
4. Highlander - Chain Rifle - 6
5. Highlander - CHain Rifle - 6
6. Irmandinho - Chain Rifle, Engineer
7. Grunt (Inferior Infiltration) - Heavy FT - 11, 0.5SWC
8. Volunteer - Chain Rifle - 6
9. Intel Spec-Ops - Line Kazak, Hacking Device, AP HMG - 9
298 Points, 5 SWC.
Bruant and Grunts when successful infiltrated will get close to the enemy. Then there is new addition to the USARF Ariborne Ranger with Molotok, who can be paired with VZ to come as one unit. Or seperated, to surprise the enemy even more. There is Uxia in camo, who can be killer, and also secure objectives. 3 Highlanders will provide smoke cover, and paired with Wallace are big CC threat. Kazaks are for confusing the enemy which one is a LT, and also with Volunteeres can cover back, and if needed go secure objectives. Irmandinho has similar purpose like in previous list. Marauder is very good in active turn, and can get a good position using his Forward Deployment. ANd Spec Ops with AP HMG, when I played him last time in this scenarios, he managed to kill some good troops, only costing me one or two orders.
This one lucks doctor, but I think instead of Kazak FO i can put Paramedic, or even, 112.
Please give Your comments, about how should i play it strtegically, point out some flaws. And if something needs correction in strategy, list or deployment.
Thanks,
