Your LT is not hard to spot (especially when your opponent sees that you don't use your LT order on the Cutter), but that's not too bad
If you're playing with missions that focus on specialists, you don't have any "good" ones (tough, infiltrating, fast ...)
I'd probably change a Regular minelayer to another fusilier FO and make the Croc a Minelayer instead
