Greetings and salutations DataSphere,
After quite a delay, and a few months of whimsical lasering for my local Infinity Mecca, I've finally gotten around to reaching out to the broader community with the opportunity to grab some homegrown terrain.
Right now we're releasing our "SlideShark" range which utilizes interlocking pieces for rapid assembly without the need for glue, as well as some other neat innovations such as mechanically sliding garage doors.
Sharks with pointy teeth and shiny lasers encourage you to check out our facebook page at
http://www.facebook.com/sharkmountedlasersor our website at
http://www.sharkmountedlasers.comMake sure to "like" our FB page for upcoming specials and near daily inventory additions, not to mention to be part of the lively discussion that drives everything we make!
I'll just leave this here...

"It's terrain worth fighting over"

Hello Mr. Shark with a head mounted laser, I couldn't get your website to load, but I was able to see the pictures on your facebook page. I like the data transmissions stations. Are you saying that your line of buildings are designed to be broken down for storage and then quickly assembled for use?

That's odd that the website wasn't loading- you might just need to give it a minute more, it's written in HTML 5, which can be data intensive.
I'm glad you find our Data-Transmission Stations up to par, they're optimised for the new ITS missions of Infinity the Game™
As for the breaking down of our SlideShark range, they're mainly optimized for easy setup. The design came out of the necessity a local convention that required 30 tables they could assemble quickly.
That being said, they can be easily taken apart, however we do not recommend consistent breakdown/reassembly due to the nature of MDF. We wouldn't want ya breaking your shiny new terrain. We do recommend the eventual glueing of the joints for additional durability, but luckily the buildings have been designed to be modularly stored.
For example, you can fit two of our small rectangular buildings in a medium square, and their roofs also stack. The buildings end up taking up a very small footprint once nestled Russian doll style.

Hey! How'd you know!?
Our next range includes a variety of buildings all with the "living hinge" setup. We are currently engineering and playtesting its durability!
One in specific to look forward to is the "Hanger" which consists of 18"x12" worth of pure awesome including working garage doors as well as elevators!

Well if you can make buildings that are not boxes and look good, you will get my money. Plus that will help differentiate your stuff from everyone else.

Please regard the following as constructive criticism because at no point do I intended on belittling the work you have undertaken so far; quite the opposite I would like that you succeed in your business as best as your able.
The main thing I would like to bring up is the layout and information presented in your website as it stands.
As it stands I and this is my personal opinion find the website to be cluttered, hard to navigate and to be really the back ground enlarged and repeated emblem for the business is by the large the main culprit here.
However its not just the aesthetics there are other things that I as reasonably savvy online perspective buyer find are not building the levels of confidence I need to induce me to want to instigate a purchase.
The website is not secure and mind you allot of sites are not but at this point this one does not even give the appearance that it is. I know your using Pay Pal as your payment service and they will do most of the hard lifting in that area but it certainly would not hurt to show that they are they payment service before having a perspective buyer click themselves away from the site because they feel its unsecured when it comes to exchanging important private details.
I suggest you take a little time to look at some of your competitors or even other similar 'cottage' industry modelling and gaming stores as there are plenty that are delivering a similar sized service to your own (not just product) but may be presented better and this arguably will result in more business for them and possibly a loss for you.
Some light reading -

Best of luck!

P.S. Your doing a brilliant job on Face Book if I could engage in a purchase of your products through there I would as your presenting everything a 'gamer' wants to see!
However like's on FB don't always turn into sales which is shame.

As I've said, the website has a long ways to go before it reaches optimal performance. I'm a complete nincompoop when it comes to website design. On the other hand, I've handled Facebook for every employer I've been at. That being said, I'm taking your input very seriously, and will be making those changes soon.
On the note of secure connections, I have no idea where to even start, thus the reason I went with Paypal- I'll add some disclaimers of such!

I can attest, the living hinge is frikkin' FWEET! Got a chance to run with it on Friday, and it was great! Granted, the Skiavoros still perforated my Teuton, but the terrain it great!

Any chance of getting a package of just benches as an option? I dig those little benches and would love to have several of them to add more character to my board.

Hey guys!
I thought it was about time for an update on one of our new products that's especially awesome for us Infinity players.
Introducing the SharkStand, the new order-managing, tablet-holding, token-toting wargaming tool available only at Shark Mounted Lasers.
Not only does it hold your tablet (Of any size over 7"-We've tested the lot of them) but also has two order pool managers, a token holder for 10 of your most utilized chits (1"), and between it acts as a troop carrier between tables/sides.

When unpacked, the entire unit is under an inch thick, and easily fits in your gamebag.

Flip it over for miniature moving!

Available at
http://www.sharkmountedlasers.com now!

That's pretty rad, man. My only worry is whether or not the MDF might scratch the screen, depending on the angle or if you're not careful with removing it. Might have to coat the nubs with felt or rubber when I buy one.

Hey guys!
It's been a hectic past few months, finally have a chance to give a bit of an update, and what's better than a few pictures.
Here's a prototype of our new larger buildings, such as warehouses, mech-bays, and large stores.
Some of our base range painted at Feast of Blades

Oh, and finally, Acrylic Shark Stands will be available soon (We'll have Red and Purple available tomorrow with more to come soon)

We have some awesome updates coming later this month that will harm your pocketbooks in the best possible way

Really digging that warehouse! Might need to get a couple, and a pile of containers to make a dockyard battlefield.

I asked this via Facebook too, but do you plan on using the rolling garage doors to these warehouses? or horizontal sliding doors?
