Mobile Brigada, lieutenant or frontline troop?

I was wondering how people usually use their MBs, I don't play sectorials right now and sometimes I feel like I need a sturdy troop to engage the enemy and the MB fits this role really well, but I don't like to end up in LoL while I'l trying to advance up the field, however the Lt option is cheap SWC-wise and comes with a nice loadout...

I'm leaning more towards using him as a mobile( ;) ) troop that can survive a lucky crit or use the flamer to get rid of TO camo troops and be able to take a normal roll back and survive.

How do you use your MBs?

Well, I've lost a Brigada Lt trying to get rid of a Cutter at point blank range. Definitely, I would've been better off using AP Multi on him, rather than the flamethrower...

I like to either frontline him and get some work done or make him a late game piece to help mop up, in which case he's a solid Lt.

maybe part of the problem is that I can't seem to make ARM rolls with my MB...

Well, I guess there's not much one can do about sheer dice luck.

Still, Mobile Brigada is a very nice basic HI, having taken all things into consideration. In cover, it gets effective ARM 7, it is a god shot at BS 13, and it can take that lucky Crit and keep fightin'. The Combi and Boarding Shotgun loadouts aren't even very expensive for the combination of offensive punch and staying power they provide. Drop in a HMG and a MultiRifle, and it makes for a very versatile HI team.
Well yes, the tab will still be close to 200pts...

As for Lt Brigada, I'm not really convinced - with no CoC, I'd be somewhat worried about losing him. And it isn't the Haqqislam where you can have a Janissary or Asawira Doc at hand to revive your downed Lt. On the other hand, this is the most resilient Lt Corregidor can field (rivalled, perhaps, by the Intruder Lt).
Plus, last time I used a Wildcat Lt and the Link Team he was in was used offensively - with very good results (hey, you don't shotgun to death Joan of Arc and later 4 Magister Knights every day!).
