Then I had two other related ideas. They are simpler too and would work at least as background. One is a ePVC printed and CNCed side view of the bike (just paint the edges later); depending on thickness you could ride it for side photos. The other is just a banner print. Open to colabs? Do you have any concept of the bike? Maybe you could get a primed + inked picture of the miniature bike instead?

I think a colored print like that would be expensive... Though not as much as a replica. It's an idea and maybe something I could do in photo-processing.
