In the end you will only see a little slice of the shirt, but it's still needed as a base.

The Specials Sergeants Collar. The white pieces are Worblas Kobra Cast - a thermoplast that will attach the collar to the breastplate.

Could you explain how does that work? Or make detail photos when assembling the other part? Not clear if these squares are for glue, velcro, magnets, stiching or what other purpose do they have. Thank you.

Worblas Kobra Cast has a mesh that can b sewn. That's how I attached it to the collar. When heated it gets soft and sticky, so I can attach it to the breastplate while hot. When it cooled down it stays in the shape you gave it while heated and it sticks to whatever you put it on due to its strong adhesive.
