Bought quite a few painted Combined Army and 2 Haqqislam models from Jedi on June 17th. Paid, and was told I would receive tracking soon.

After a couple weeks go by and I receive no tracking number or confirmation of shipment, I contact Jedi and he tells me they haven't shipped yet. His friend Katcher is on some LARP so he can't be reached, and he's the one with the models who was assigned to ship.

A little over a week goes by, and I contact Katcher directly to see what's going on. He eventually ships around mid July, and apologizes for the lateness. There's some personal issues I guess that made it difficult.

I get the models, and aside from a couple small chips in the paint from loose models, everything looks fine, except the two haqqislam models are not there.

I PM both Katcher and Jedi to see what's happening, and no response. I continue to send PMs to both of them, about two more each over the course of a week, and absolutely no response. I was overall satisfied even though it took over a month to get things, but they didn't send me two models. Now they won't respond to me for a ~$10 refund for the missing models.

From my experience, avoid these guys.
It's too late after all this back and forth to file a dispute with paypal, as 45 days have already passed after the money was sent. It's only about $15 worth of stuff, but I'd recommend to not deal with these guys.

Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully they will fix the mistake, but still thanks for letting us know!

Just curious, does anyone know what's happening with Jedi lately? He doesn't log in, get PMs or anything forum-related.
(I did get my bits though, along with a Nomad patch as apology)

For the record, I've had a good experience with Jedi and I'd buy from him again, provided he comes back to the forum. There's been a loss of communication lately (see above) and I don't know if it's some personal issue or what

I was away, my life was sucked, i lost flat and job at one moment and it was politely said uncomfortable situation. When i solved it, I shipped all items. My apology.

Would like to update this transaction and say that Jedi came through with a full refund for the missing models listed. Sorry to hear of your troubles, and I'm glad we could get things resolved.

It is my time to say sorry as well, it is mainly my fault (misspacked the haqq guy into other package)...Had as well quite bad summer (seriously bad, lost someone), stress from finals (which i failed) and few more things...

I am glad to hear, that everything was finnaly solved out and we can go to normal state...

I have made several purchases from Katcher/Jedi as well.

Last shipment was late due to his real life issues, but it was alright with me. Communication was prompt (I message both of them at the same time), and had no issue with missing items/stuff.

I'm quite happy with buying from them again

Any word on another bad few days for jedi? Ordered some stuff from him, transferred the money... didn't hear a thing after that. Even after several PM's.

Maybe something is up again?

I have cooperated with bot dudes (Katcher, Jedi). Both are very fair and I encountered no problems at all.
