So far its valid for Corvus and Digital theme users. Mostly when adding some links/pics in my case. Web Browser=Firefox in my case.

I have the same warning on my Mac using Safari. On that page if I click on the «board index» menu (top right) I return to the board and my post is there.

PHPBB is supposed to pull on the base theme if it can't find a particular file, which in this case is bbcode.html, but it seems in this case it isn't doing that.

I've copied the bbcode.html file from PHPBB's theme into our two custom themes. This should fix this issue, although let me know if it doesn't.

I had the same error trying to post last night. Using Opera and Safari.

Thanks all! The database table had hung and has been repaired.

Seems to be stable again, though do post again if you get any more errors.

Thanks! The table has been repaired. I guess it's a boon to how active and awesome this community is that the database sometimes falls over As an FYI, that specific table is over 65 MB in size and has over 1.7 million entries.
