ITS 9 losing tag specialists?

With ITS 9 are we loosing tag specialists or is those rules going to rolled into the general rules. If not why would they make special models part way through the season that can't be used anymore?

Army 6 still shows the Pilots as having specialist rules.

However the season 9 army update isn't rolled out yet.
